Our AC had a bad blower motor but was still under warranty 4 years after Burke installed it. I called on Thursday afternoon and they sent a crew Friday morning, identified and sourced the part, and came back to install at 5:30pm on Friday night. For a warranty part replacement they couldn’t bill for. I’m in the service industry and most companies would prioritize a billable job / customer every time. The level of service and responsiveness was incredible. Friendly and knowledgeable field techs. Can’t recommend Burke enough.read more

For many years I have used Burke Mechanical for repairs, so when I needed to replace my furnace and central air system, I called Joe. He is so responsive. Knowing exactly what model I wanted (Luxaire) he was able to quote me a very reasonable price. Receiving 2 additional quotes--on, apple to apple equipment, one vendor's quote was sky high and the second vendor left me wondering if he would show up to do the work. After showing up at my house without a permit to install a furnace they also did not have a furnace filter I tore everything apart after they left and found fiberglass and tin foil in my ductwork how could they have not seen that tin foilread more

Let me start out first by saying i highly recommend this company. I called all the larger companies and also left emails and none got back to me. I emailed Burke mechanical and Joe emailed me back with in 30 min. The next day he was at my house to give me an estimate on a new air conditioner and furnace. The price was very reasonable and fair. Two days later his crew showed up in the morning for the install. They were very professional and went to work right a way. The were very careful not to damage anything . I asked questions and they answered all of them with honest answers. The job looks great even my neighbors commented on how good of a job they did. They cleaned up and explained what they did and how to work everything. All i can say is this is a top notch company who don't try to sell you stuff you don't need and are very honest. Thank you so much i greatly appreciate it. I will be using this company from now on. A side note my son has cerebral palsy and loved seeing the guys working. They talked with him and that made his day. Thank you again.read more

We woke up the day before Thanksgiving with no heat and the furnace had stopped working in the middle of the night. We had another company come out and told us we either needed to spend $1200 to replace the circuit board or buy a brand new furnace (which they wouldn’t be able to do for several days). We then called Joe and he had a technician to our house within an hour and all we needed was a simple part replacement. The entire bill ended up less than $200. They literally saved us thousands of dollars and got our heat turned back on by noon. So thankful for a warm house this Thanksgiving!!

When living in Macomb, MI, I had the need for some AC work. Burke Mechanical was able to get to house quickly. They quickly diagnosed the issue and corrected it. Their price was fair and they did not attempt to upsell or push parts. Just simply found and addressed the issue. If I was still in the area, it would be my one and only phone call. They have earned my trust.
