Our AC had a bad blower motor but was still under warranty 4 years after Burke installed it. I called on Thursday afternoon and they sent a crew Friday morning, identified and sourced the part, and came back to install at 5:30pm on Friday night. For a warranty part replacement they couldn’t bill for. I’m in the service industry and most companies would prioritize a billable job / customer every time. The level of service and responsiveness was incredible. Friendly and knowledgeable field techs. Can’t recommend Burke enough.

I’ve used this company for both my heating and cooling needs, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Their team was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Not only did they address my concerns quickly, but their pricing was also much more feasible compared to other mechanical and furnace companies I had contacted. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and affordable service!

Burke Mechanical sent two great installers to install a new hot water heater today. They were conscientious, courteous and explained the process. I received two other quotes, both higher by $400 - $500. I would highly recommend this company.

We are first time customers of Burke Mechanical and couldn’t be happier with their service. They came highly recommended from a family friend and we will be sending all our HVAC business their way from now on. Spoke with the owner, Joe and within a couple hours Nick arrived, diagnosed the problem, explained the repair procedure, cost and timing. He made sure we had heat that night and was back first thing the next day with the part to complete the repair, as promised. We will be recommending Burke Mechanical to all our family, friends and neighbors.

We have loved our system (AC and Furnace) since it was put in 5 years ago. Our electricity and gas bills have gone down so much since installing. The service we’ve gotten is always top notch and very helpful and friendly service people. We will continue to use them as needed!

Responded quickly resulting in a very fair quote to replace my 27yr old gas furnace on a Tuesday More reasonable than my first quote from a “mega company” and no overkill in the recommended solution. Scheduled replacement on the spot for Thursday and completed with excellent professionalism and quality care. They have become my “go to” provider for HVAC and Hot Water heater.

The experience I had with this company was wonderful! Joe went above and beyond. He came out the same day as my call for an estimate on replacing my AC and fit me in a few days later for install. He took the time to explain things thoroughly, answered all my questions and was honest. It was nice being able to deal directly with the owner. The technicians he sent out for install were also great, very professional and took time to show me how to use the new wifi thermostat they installed. I will be recommending this company to others and using them for any future needs.

For many years I have used Burke Mechanical for repairs, so when I needed to replace my furnace and central air system, I called Joe. He is so responsive. Knowing exactly what model I wanted (Luxaire) he was able to quote me a very reasonable price. Receiving 2 additional quotes--on, apple to apple equipment, one vendor's quote was sky high and the second vendor left me wondering if he would show up to do the work. His team does a great job-very professional and responsive. Burke Mechanical is highly recommended and I am a life long customer.

After showing up at my house without a permit to install a furnace they also did not have a furnace filter I tore everything apart after they left and found fiberglass and tin foil in my ductwork how could they have not seen that tin foil

Let me start out first by saying i highly recommend this company. I called all the larger companies and also left emails and none got back to me. I emailed Burke mechanical and Joe emailed me back with in 30 min. The next day he was at my house to give me an estimate on a new air conditioner and furnace. The price was very reasonable and fair. Two days later his crew showed up in the morning for the install. They were very professional and went to work right a way. The were very careful not to damage anything . I asked questions and they answered all of them with honest answers. The job looks great even my neighbors commented on how good of a job they did. They cleaned up and explained what they did and how to work everything. All i can say is this is a top notch company who don't try to sell you stuff you don't need and are very honest. Thank you so much i greatly appreciate it. I will be using this company from now on. A side note my son has cerebral palsy and loved seeing the guys working. They talked with him and that made his day. Thank you again.

Burke Climate Control quoted me lower than anyone else by far. The team installed a furnace and AC combo in under three hours. They left the house in such a way you couldn't even tell they were here. Would use again.

We woke up the day before Thanksgiving with no heat and the furnace had stopped working in the middle of the night. We had another company come out and told us we either needed to spend $1200 to replace the circuit board or buy a brand new furnace (which they wouldn’t be able to do for several days). We then called Joe and he had a technician to our house within an hour and all we needed was a simple part replacement. The entire bill ended up less than $200. They literally saved us thousands of dollars and got our heat turned back on by noon. So thankful for a warm house this Thanksgiving!!

When living in Macomb, MI, I had the need for some AC work. Burke Mechanical was able to get to house quickly. They quickly diagnosed the issue and corrected it. Their price was fair and they did not attempt to upsell or push parts. Just simply found and addressed the issue. If I was still in the area, it would be my one and only phone call. They have earned my trust.
